Cutting-edge biohacking tools, tips, and wearables

4.
Ongoing Support & Education
We are committed in providing you
the tools, knowledge, and personalised support you need to:
-
Integrate recommendations into your daily life with ease — at a pace that feels right for you.
-
Continuously refine your plan based on your progress, feedback, and real-time data — so you see results faster.
-
Build a deep understanding of what truly supports your brain and body, giving you long-term confidence and control over your health.
Step 1.
Have your baseline level of brain health and function fully assessed.
Your brain is truly unique.
Despite our brains sharing common areas, functions, pathways and underlying processes:
-
When observing these in greater detail however, we all have individual variances, which results in our unique personalities, skillsets, and how we respond to various events, stimuli, or treatment.
-
For those with any given psychiatric disorder, we find a diverse set of:
-
Brain function patterns / activity.
-
Brain area sizes and connections.
-
Neurotransmitter activity.
-
Other physiological factors.
-
-
Even identical twins with identical genes have different brains with different neuronal patterns.

As a result, even if you have been diagnosed with a disorder, this tells us little about your full set of specific symptoms and what is happening within your brain.
-
There is no such thing as a: "ADHD Brain," "Autism Brain", "Depressed Brain" etc.
-
These labels aren't informative from a biological perspective.
Have your unique level of brain health and function assessed.
Your brain health reflects the functioning of your brain.
-
It exists on a continuum and reflects the physical integrity of the brain and how it is performing in various domains.

This is reflected in the "Brain Health Spectrum" below.
-
Physical factors are included because your brain function has a great influence over the health and function of your body.
We will assess your unique level of brain health/functioning across these domains.
Helping you:
-
Get a clear understanding of your baseline for various brain functions which we can both use to help monitor and track your progress.
-
Prioritise which areas are most important to you, allowing us to target these areas more specifically.
This helps give us:
-
Clues as to where issues in your physiology may be occurring which can then be investigated in greater detail.

Step 2.
Advanced Health Decoding.
We now have a far greater understanding of how your brain works and factors that can influence it.
Research in brain health and neuroscience has developed immensely with a new consensus growing:
-
Psychiatric disorders aren't separate or unique issues with distinct processes and underlying factors.
-
They are better understood as overlapping symptoms from disruptions in neurological networks within the brain.
-
These networks ultimately control how you think, feel, behave and perform.
Various neurological networks have been identified which determine the state of your mental health and cognitive performance.
-
Psychiatric / mental symptoms which are used to diagnose mental disorders can be seen as these specific neural circuits being either:
-
Overactive.
-
Underactive.
-
Absent.
-
Or a combination of these.
-
-
This can be due to issues with these circuits development, function, and maintenance.

Any factor that can improve the development, function, or maintenance of these systems can be viewed as a tool to improve your brain function.
-
A number of new key theories and causes for psychiatric symptoms / disorders have been suggested, all of which can be explained by their impact on these underlying neurological networks.
-
We have expanded on some of the key theories and causes within the “Prominent New Theories” tab, these include:

Neurotransmitter imbalances.
Nutritional / biochemical imbalances.
Metabolic dysfunction.
Neurotrophic factors.
Neuroinflammation.
The gut-brain axis.
Hormonal imbalances.
Social and psychological factors.
The diagram below demonstrates the wide variety of factors than can impact these networks and therefore your overall brain health and function.
-
The most significant processes and factors occurring within the brain are the blocks located on the seesaw.
-
The balance between these sides will determine the current state and direction of your brain health and function.
-
-
Wide ranging factors can influence these key factors / processes, and an overview of some of the most common factors are listed below the seesaw image.
-
This includes biological factors within your brain and body, as well as your environment and lifestyle.
-

Neuroprotection - Process of preserving the neurons you currently have.
Neuroregeneration - Process of regrowth and repair of nervous tissue.
Neurogenesis - Process of producing new neurons.
Neuroplasticity - The brain changing its connections between neurons.
Neurotransmitters - Chemical messengers in the brain that greatly influence your brain function.
Neurotoxicity - Adverse changes in the strucutre or function of nervous system from chemicals.
Excitotoxicity - Neurons damaged by excessive stimulation.
Neuroinflammation - The inflammatory response occurring in the brain.
Oxidative stress - Damaged caused from excessive free radicals and insufficient antioxidants.
Neuronal support cells - Other cells in the brain which aren't neurons but play vital roles.
Receive the most comprehensive assessment of your underlying factors to help ensure your unique factors are addressed and prioritised.
We will work together to evaluate your unique makeup of all these various factors by undergoing:
-
Extensive assessments of your:
-
Medical history and general health timeline.
-
Current state of the main systems of the body.
-
Diet, lifestyle and environment.
-
-
Laboratory testing.
-
Ongoing discussions and feedback.

Laboratory testing.
-
You will have access to wide-ranging advanced testing.
-
Many of these aren't available from direct-to-consumer companies.
-
We also only utilise accurate and reliable tests.
-
-
No tests will be compulsory and you'll receive expert advice on what tests would be most suitable for your unique situation.
-
Tests may involve:
-
Blood, urine, saliva, or stool samples.
-
-
Repeating tests at later dates is optional.
-
This can help ensure problematic areas have been corrected, and levels are in the optimised ranged.
-

A few examples of the tests available:
-
Specific nutrient levels and markers.
-
Methylation status and kryptopyrroles
-
Metabolic tests:
-
Insulin resistance, lipid and cholesterol markers, inflammatory levels etc.
-
-
Heavy metal levels and toxic load.
-
Stress levels, sex hormone and thyroid levels.
-
Stool tests to assess gut function and your microbiome.
-
Food intolerance tests.
-
Omega-3 and omega-6 status.
-
DNA assessments.
-
And many more.
Step 3.
Comprehensive Roadmap to Success
Instead of working against your physiology, you can now work with it and in a far more natural manner.
The limited success of psychiatric drugs highlights the issues of trying to force your physiology into a desired state artificially.
-
The brain isn't a simple organ where we can artificially pull certain levers to elicit a specific result with no side effects or knock-on impacts.
Our approach recognises the profound complexity of the brain and its deep interconnection with the entire body.
-
It doesn’t oversimplify — it works with the body’s design.
-
When physiology is optimised, the brain’s innate and extraordinary capabilities begin to emerge — naturally, sustainably, and often with little to no side effects.
-
Recommendations will be tailored based on you or your child's unique circumstances, test results, as well as taking into account any personal preferences.
Below you'll find more information on the nutritional, lifestyle and environmental tools at your disposal.
Nutrition & Supplements
Nutrition is your most powerful tool.
-
It directly impacts the health and functioning of the brain by providing the nutrients needed for the structure and functioning of your neurons, as well as the nutrients needed for the various processes within the brain.
-
It also impacts the brain indirectly, by having great influence on all the various systems of the body.

During the programme we'll help tailor a highly personalised nutritional plan for you or your child.
-
We don't give blanket recommendations.
-
We help figure out what works for you or your child's body, how to reach your goals, as well as what is manageable and sustainable.
-
This will be an iterative process, driven by feedback and data.

Expect to learn:
-
What foods provide the vitamins and minerals needed to help correct the nutritional and neurotransmitter imbalances.
-
The minimum amounts of protein and fat needed to fulfil their vital functions.
-
You or your child's individual level of carbohydrate tolerance.
